Water Quality
The City of St. Charles distributes a water quality report as part
of our continued effort to provide our customers with educational information
regarding St. Charles’ drinking water supply. This report demonstrates
that our water supply is safe by meeting and/or exceeding all water quality
standards as listed in the Safe
Drinking Water Act. The
United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency continually monitor all drinking water
utilities to ensure compliance with the SDWA. The report is distributed
annually to all water customers, as required by the SDWA.
